What is Walk for Hope?

Walk for Hope is a sponsored walk taking place on 7 October in Battersea Park, London. It is open to all so you can walk 2.5 or 5k with friends, family or colleagues. When you sign up, you'll join a close community walking together for much-loved babies gone too soon. You'll have the opportunity to reflect and remember with other families who understand.

With every single step, you’ll help bring lifechanging support to families on their pregnancy journey.

Why fundraise for Tommy’s?

In the UK it is estimated that 1 in 4 pregnancies end in loss during pregnancy or birth. And that 53,000 babies are born prematurely each year. These numbers are simply too high.

Tommy’s lead research, deliver expert information and care, and provide support throughout the pregnancy journey. We challenge inequity and campaign for change to make pregnancy and birth safer. Together with our community, we save babies’ lives.

We research. We support. We care.

Why are people taking part?

We're here for anyone who has experienced the loss of a baby, whether through miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, ectopic pregnancy, molar pregnancy, or termination for medical reasons. Thank you to the parents who are helping to break the silence.
